Ryer Avenue is a non-profit housing organization whose mission is to house and support HRA referred clients dealing with Medical, Mental, and chronic homelessness issues.

Ryer Avenue HDFC is dedicated to helping underserved communities of color at the Bronx. Our small team is directed by Jose Luis Santiago,MSW, Larry Suriel our Deputy Executive Director, our Fiscal Director Rainiel Durant, a team of 4 clinicians that conduct direct services to our tenants, 24 hrs 7 days a week Security team and 7 days maintenance department. Our team work tirelessly to impact these individual’s journey while at Ryer. Despite being a small team of 20 employees top, we are committed to making a significant and long term impact to those individuals in our community.
